learning how to relax myself in busy city

when i off from school, i go home cook.i like to cook some delicious homemade dishes and enjoy with my family. i like to see the satisfied faces when they finished the dinner.i think this is a sense of achievement for every chef. i'm still trying to say bye bye to handphone,computer and other communication devices when i want to relax myself. internet said, spend your free time with a book and a cup of tea.is very difficult for me now,but i'm trying. after the meal,is good to watch tv with your family, they said sometime is not too bad to be a couch potato.
